Opera is located just off Republic Square - the official heart of the city - and right next to the Majestic hotel. It has a beautiful summer garden in the pedestrian zone, and the interior is intimate and classy. The service is outstanding, while the international cuisine served often comes with an original twist and makes for a memorable experience. Vegetarians will also have a wide choice here, and we particularly recommend the salads, pastas and risottos. The wine selection is good, and the desserts are delicious and typically Italian. The place can be crowded at lunchtime or in the after-work hours, but it is worth giving it a try without reservations - it is one of the best places in the heart of the downtown area. This restaurant also serves as one of Belgrade Cafes especially during the summer when their beautiful garden is opened. The restaurant specially prides itself on the variety of offered drinks. It is also interesting that if you drink Champaign you do not have to order the whole bottle - it is available on glasses. This place can host up to 100 guests.
Recommended for: vegetarians; anyone who wants a cozy and relaxed lunch or dinner with your significant other.
